I actually sketched this painting out two years ago, back when Fiona was much shorter and used to wear that ridiculously cute snow suit with the ears on top. I saw it again recently and decided to paint it.
We’ve had two great snow days so far this year. A big improvement from last year, when there was none. Over the winter break we took the kids up to Mount Seymour, a local mountain to go sledding. The part they like the best, however, was trudging through the snowbanks on the side of the road.
